FORUM – the sample from Moldova – this 4 day event is a more formal, a higher level conference. It features well known speakers. You and Dave Gibson could for example be plenary speakers along with some carefully selected local leaders and or other international speakers. The audience would be church leaders accompanied by 5 or 6 church members from each church reparented. Seminars would be lead by known international leaders such as Steiger on reaching marginalized youth, or Logosdor on reaching children. The seminars would explore the biblical bases, best practice and detailing actual outreach plans for reaching youth, children, etc. The Focus groups would be led by local leaders, focused on local practice while anticipating an action plan for evangelism. The 5 or 6 representatives from each church would self-select and attend a differed focus group/seminar so they can take back a broad experience. The team would then implement and reteach what they learned in their local church. The ideal setup of the conference venue would be table groups of 6 to 8 persons.

 Evangelism Training Conference (ETC) - the sample from Tchad - the 3 days conference is designed to reach church leaders but is more grass roots. It focuses on an “inductive bible study approach”. It could be led by two or three leaders who introduce and guide each session. The real learning takes place in the 6 to 8 person table groups. This is designed for general / more open proclamation evangelism outreaches.
